Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size and product for their dog. Please refer to the relevant product description and size guide before purchasing.
3. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
K9 Grips products are designed for their stated and intended purposes.
Dog equipment can be subjected to significant forces, particularly when used with strong, high-drive or working dogs.
No collar, lead or other K9 Grips product should be considered indestructible, unbreakable or escape-proof.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product selected is appropriate for their individual dog, including the dog’s size, strength, behaviour and intended activity.
Products should be inspected before every use.
Do not use a product if it shows signs of damage, excessive wear, fraying, broken stitching, damaged hardware, loose components or any other deterioration.
K9 Grips recommends that dogs are supervised while using our products.
4. PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are shown in euro (€).
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Any applicable delivery charges or other additional charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Your order is subject to product availability and acceptance by K9 Grips.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an appropriate refund where required.

K9 Grips does not intentionally store full payment-card details.

Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage or damage resulting from use outside the intended purpose of the product are not treated in the same way as manufacturing defects.
